Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager, located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The Assistant Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure the effective execution of banking services, and support the team in achieving performance targets. Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining excellent customer service standards, preparing reports, and coordinating with different departments to streamline workflows. This role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and contributing to the strategic objectives of the bank.
