Apply for one of our exciting role below!As part of our new business growth plan, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic “Assistant Manager Business Development (AMBD)” to support IPTEC’s transformation into a high-performance, digitally enabled organisation. The position Assistant Manager Business Development (AMBD) is to strengthening IPTEC’s talent systems, leadership pipelines, and process efficiency that will power it’s 2025–2030 “Good to Great” roadmap.We need a strategic thinker who is also a hands-on manager, capable of executing sophisticated digital campaigns and delivering measurable results in a competitive, multicultural environment.We are seeking a results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth by building new partnerships and securing digital transformation clients, with a focus on the South Sudan market.Key Responsibilities:Identify and engage potential clients, including NGOs, corporate entities, hotels, and government agencies.Develop and present customized proposals and compelling presentations for our AI and digital solutions.Manage the entire sales pipeline within our CRM, from lead generation to closing deals.Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring high client satisfaction.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.Experience Requirements4 to 6 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Telecommunication,Design/Printing/Publishing,IT Enabled Service,ISP,E-commerce Startup,Advertising Technology (AdTech) StartupAdditional Requirements4–6 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably within the ICT or digital services sector.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.A solid understanding of AI, automation, and digital marketing concepts.Proficiency in English both written and spoken is essential.AI Tools & Software Proficiency:CRM: HubSpot / GoHighLevel CRM.Proposal & Content: Canva Pro for proposal design, ChatGPT Enterprise for proposal writing and idea generation.Collaboration: Google Workspace, Notion.Job LocationSouth Sudan
