As a key growth market, Singapore requires dedicated leadership to provide ongoing and accelerated growth by optimizing our acquisition and marketing channels to bring value to our customers and continually innovate and optimize our marketing and operations to create the best customer experience, maximize engagement, and drive stakeholder value.Responsibilities:The Assistant Manager, Business Enablement is responsible for:Control Excellencei) Control GovernanceAssist in the implementation of control processes to support compliance and mitigate operational risks.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure controls are followed in day-to-day business operations.Help monitor key risk and control metrics, and provide support in preparing documentation for assessments such as PRSA, RCSA, and RCM.Participate in reviews for new initiatives (products, features, processes) to identify potential control gaps and suggest improvements.ii) Brand GovernanceSupport the brand approval process by coordinating between local teams and global brand teams.Ensure compliance with brand guidelines in local marketing activities and materials.Business Enablement, Analytics & Data CapabilitiesWork with product and technology teams to develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and control monitoring tools.Set up processes and system in place to drive retention of target customers throughout the lifecycle. Automate recurring data refreshes and reporting tasks to improve efficiency and data accuracy.Support the development of data-driven insights by preparing visualizations and reports based on customer and operational data.Help automate routine reporting and data extraction tasks to improve operational efficiency.Execution of operational processes for cross portfolio new product or feature launches, MAPs, process automation initiatives, and business enablement efforts.Qualifications:At least 1-3 years working experience. Prior experience and knowledge of the Cards, Financial Services MarketBasic understanding of internal controls, control governance, or compliance frameworksProficient in Excel; familiar with data tools (e.g. SQL, Power BI, Tableau) is an advantageExperience in working with cross-functional teams such as legal, compliance, marketing and technologyAnalytical mindset with attention to detailsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to present complex risk issues to senior leadership in a clear, concise mannerDetail-focused and action-orientedMinimum Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing or Banking & FinanceWe back you with benefits that support your holistic well-being so you can be and deliver your best.
