Job TitleAssistant Manager - CivilJob Description SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Civil to join our project team for large-scale industrial construction works such as manufacturing units, factory buildings, and related infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in civil execution, site supervision, contractor management, and ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained throughout the construction lifecycle. Job DescriptionAbout the role: Oversee day-to-day site execution activities for industrial and factory building projects (RCC/PEB structures). Ensure construction work aligns with project plans, drawings, and specifications.

Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other internal departments to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor progress, resource allocation, and adherence to timelines and budgets. Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control and safety compliance. Assist in quantity estimation, billing verification, and materials reconciliation. Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and documentation. Attend project review meetings and support the Project Manager with status updates and reporting. Required Skills & QualificationsB. E. /B. Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering. 6–10 years of experience in execution of large-scale industrial projects (manufacturing plants, factories, industrial sheds, etc. ).

Sound knowledge of construction methodologies for industrial structures (RCC, PEB, foundations, utilities). Hands-on experience in site execution, planning, and coordination. Familiarity with safety standards and quality control practices. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD; knowledge of project management tools is a plus. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
