Job Description
Mô tả công việcAuthorize payment voucher and ensure all claim payment process within TAT;Review all manual letter including declined letter, minor claim letter and major claim letter to ensure within TAT;Manage 100% admin tasks relating to claim process (register, corresponding, payment, documented storage);Manage the quality of regular/ad hoc reports to highlight any trends, impacts, issues on claim to senior management;Support to build up and enhance Claims functions on Customer Portal, IVR application, Zalo application and UAT new products, new systems.Deliver daily reports for Claims team including Assessment team, Investigation team, PC team to check to ensure all claim cases which are processing in TAT.Support TPA vendors to improve the STP for H&S claim and NPS core.Follow up TPA's quality and all reports;Follow up the payment process of Service fees & Fund management;Other tasks as assigned.Yêu cầu công việcUniversity Graduate; Economics, Finance or Medical University is preferable;LOMA certificate is preferable;At least 5 years of experience in Life Insurance/ClaimsKnowledge & Technical SkillsGood command of English and Vietnamese;Experienced in making claim reports would be great advantage;Knowledgeable in computer software and skillful in system usage;Well organized and good time management;Pro-active, innovative, integrity, meticulous and diligent;Strong manner of carefulness, responsibilities, problem solving, decision making, management under high pressure and upon challenges.
