Assistant Manager - Liffey Valley Full-Time, Permanent | €32,000-€34,000 DOE | 40 Hours per WeekAre you a motivated retail leader with a passion for sports, customer experience, and team development? This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading retailer as an Assistant Manager, where you'll play a key role in driving sales, supporting the Store Manager, and creating a positive and energetic team environment.The RoleAs Assistant Manager, you'll support the Store Manager in the overall running of the store, taking responsibility for driving performance, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll lead by example, motivating your team to achieve targets while maintaining a professional and welcoming store atmosphere.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Store Manager in daily operations, including staff management and store performance.Lead and inspire the team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales goals.Take ownership of key performance areas such as visual merchandising, stock control, and compliance.Train, coach, and develop team members to reach their full potential.Contribute to store planning, product displays, and promotional activity.Ensure company standards are consistently maintained across all areas of the store.Deputise for the Store Manager in their absence.About You2+ years of retail management or supervisory experience, ideally in footwear, or fashion.Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.Strong commercial awareness with a focus on achieving results.Excellent communication and organisational skills.A hands-on, people-focused leader who thrives in a customer-driven setting.Why This Role?Competitive salary of €32,000-€34,000 depending on experience.Full-time, 40-hour contract with opportunities for progression.Supportive management structure and strong team culture.Staff discount SkillsRetail Management Fashion Merchandising People Management
