Our continued investment in R&D and dedication to excellence aim to provide early access to affordable, high-quality medicines, impacting lives across the world.Together, we are shaping the future of healthcare and changing lives everywhere.About the roleThe Assistant Manager, Corporate Communications will support the business as usuals (BAUs) and strategic intent for Corporate Communications Unit to enhance internal and external brand communications, corporate initiatives, revenue generation as well as stakeholder engagement. Reporting to the Associate Manager, Corporate Communications, the incumbent will collaborate with cross-functional teams and Leadership team to ensure effective communications rollout across various channels.Key Responsibilities:-A brand custodian to ensure internal and external communication plans are in line with Novugen’s brand positioning and strategy for Head Office, subsidiaries and country affiliates e.g. Novugen USA.Assist in the development and maintenance of brand guidelines to ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all communication channels.Focal point for all internal media and communications release including announcement of key project wins, new product launches, company-wide events, memos, newsletters etc on behalf of CEO office.Conceptualize and design printed as well as digital marcom materials. These include news releases, annual reports, media advisory, email and event invitation templates, corporate videos and presentation decks and/or customised collaterals.Partner with cross functional departments and assist with events through communications expertise to enhance the corporate branding. E.g. developing CEO’s presentation, designing event materials that include Novugen brand identity, and creating activities that promotes the company on social media platforms.Planning, executing media outreach strategies and deliver all corporate communications material to convey messages and images consistent with the Company’s mission and strategy.Conduct media monitoring and regular market research and competitor analysis focusing on communication efforts, media strategies and branding activities, performed in the market.Support in crisis communications efforts, moderate website contents as well as social media platforms. Filter media and public enquiries and escalate to the right parties as and when required.Raise the visibility of Senior Leaders on social media and public speaking forumsSupport in the Corporate Communications department budget planning exerciseAssist in managing relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and other external stakeholders.Manage provider database and carry out credentialing of vendors. Partner with design house, marketing agencies for collaterals, giveaways, corporate gifts, mementos, awards and other merchandise, etcProactively conduct sanity check on Corporate Communications database to ensure data integrity and hygieneKeep abreast with emerging media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities and risk impact. Propose latest communications strategies to Management for continuous improvementPartner with Human Resources or Novugen Social Club committee in driving employee engagement activities by providing communications expertise.To lead CSR program management and execution.About youBachelor’s Degree holder (communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field preferred). An MBA would be considered a vital asset.Minimum 5 years’ related experience in Corporate Communications in MNCs.Proficient in storytelling, content creation and designing skillsProficient in utilizing various communication channels, including traditional and social media as well as internal communication platformsAbility to draw conclusions from data and make recommendations on maximising campaign ROIExcellent time management, planning and organizational skillsKnowledge in Media Relations and Crisis Management Communique are advantageousDemonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively to both internal and external stakeholdersProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteProficient in using CRM, Design and Video Editing tools such as Eloqua, Salesforce.com, Filmora, Canva, Adobe Suite, Vectornator, Visme, Stencil, Snappa or equivalent
