Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager at Creative Designs Kitchens & Baths, located in Lebanon, PA. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, assist in managing staff, coordinate scheduling, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities will include inventory management, supporting design projects, maintaining client relationships, and implementing efficient workflows. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the team to ensure quality service and operational excellence in all aspects of the business. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and support staff effectivelyExperience in customer service, client relationship management, and communicationFamiliarity with inventory management, scheduling, and organizational workflowsKnowledge of interior design concepts and the ability to support design-related projects is a plusDetail-oriented with problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficientlyProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant softwarePrevious experience in a management or assistant management role is preferredBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in management, business administration, design, or a related field is beneficial
