A. Job DescriptionResponsible for optimizing the end-to-end customer journey—from initial awareness and acquisition to engagement, retention, and long-term loyalty. This role develops strategies, implements targeted lifecycle campaigns, and ensures a seamless and personalized customer experience across all touchpoints.B. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in customer lifecycle management, CRM, or customer engagement roles.At least 2 years of hands-on experience in customer support, customer success, or customer experience functions.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
