Nipa Pharmaceuticals Ltd. is looking for Assistant Manager, Factory AdministrationJob Description / ResponsibilityDaily, Monthly & Yearly Attendance Report, Late Report, Leave Report.Manage worker recruitment, including candidate screening and reference checks.Ensure employee on boarded properly and provided with the appropriate training.Process monthly payroll and expenses for workers.Keep record of necessary documents, manage and update personal files.Prepare Job Description, Job specification, prepare SOP and ensure implementation of it.Provide additional support to every dept. when necessary.Adhere to Company Health, Safety and Environmental Policy at all times.Maintain and control all administrative issues to facilitate smooth support.Canteen and meal Management.Support and maintain the employee engagement programs and initiatives.Manages organizational development strategies and processes.Design and develop initiatives that enhance organizational performance and employee development.Ensure organizational culture is implemented across all departments.Other task and responsibilities, as assigned by the management.Educational RequirementsMaster of Business Administration (MBA)Skills Required: Computer Literacy, Payroll Administration, Labour Law, Communication SkillExperience Requirements5 to 7 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Pharmaceutical/Medicine CompaniesAdditional RequirementsMust have experience in Pharmaceutical Factory Admin and HR.
