This role focuses on enhancing organizational performance through Learning & Development (L&D) and Organizational Development (OD) initiatives.Ideal for individuals with strong experience in L&D, performance management, and driving organizational change, this position offers the opportunity to work with top brands in the FMCG industry.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities.Oversee Performance Management processes and support the development of employee growth plans.Drive Organizational Development (OD) strategies to build a strong, high-performance culture.Collaborate with senior management to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.Develop and implement training programs for employee development across departments.Track and report on L&D and OD metrics to ensure continuous improvement in business performance.Act as a trusted advisor to managers on HR best practices, employee engagement, and leadership development.RequirementsMinimum 7-9 years of experience in HR, with a focus on L&D, OD, or Performance Management.Strong HR background in FMCG or multinational companies is preferred.Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (CIPM qualification preferred).Experience in driving culture building, organizational change, and leadership development.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams.Proven ability to implement L&D programs that align with business objectives.Familiarity with HR systems and a strong understanding of HR metrics and data analysis.
