Job Description

Purpose:The Associate Manager HR will serve as a partner to business leaders, will manager government relations, providing HR expertise in talent management, organizational development, employee relations, and workforce planning. This role aims to align HR strategies with business objectives to drive organizational success while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and Colliers' global standards.Main Responsibilities:Employee Relations:Act as a point of contact for employee queries and provide counsel on HR matters, such as disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.Ensure the implementation of Colliers' values, culture, and diversity initiatives across the Riyadh office.HR Operations:Oversee HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and HR reporting (e.g., headcount, turnover).Ensure HR policies and practices are up to date with KSA labor laws and Colliers' internal standards.Implement and maintain HRIS systems (e.g., SuccessFactors) for efficient data management.Performance Management:Assist managers in creating performance improvement plans when needed.Compliance and Legal:Ensure adherence to Saudi labor laws and company policies.Manage legal matters related to employment, including contracts, terminations, and labor disputes.Change Management:Lead HR-related change initiatives, including restructuring, mergers, and new policies.Provide communication and training to employees to ensure smooth transitions.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.5+ years of HR experience, preferably as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager.Knowledge of Saudi labour laws and HR best practices.Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SuccessFactors).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Skills:Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Languages:Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
