TM Assets Limited is looking for Assistant Manager (Legal)Job Description / ResponsibilityJob Responsibilities – Assistant Manager (Legal)Legal Documentation & Drafting:Prepare, review, and vet various legal documents including agreements, MoUs, deeds, contracts, NOCs, and power of attorney.Ensure all legal documents are accurate, compliant, and properly executed.Must be expert in both Bangla and English typing.Compliance & Regulatory Affairs:Monitor and ensure the company’s compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.Liaise with regulatory bodies, government authorities, and relevant agencies when required.Litigation Management:Coordinate with external lawyers for ongoing cases.Prepare case summaries, maintain litigation records, and ensure timely follow-up on court matters.Attend hearings or legal proceedings when necessary.Advisory Role:Provide legal opinions and advice to management on corporate, property, labor, and contract law issues.Assess potential legal risks and suggest preventive actions.Property & Land Documentation (if applicable):Review land documents, title deeds, and vet property papers to ensure authenticity and clear ownership.Handle registration processes and mutation-related activities.Corporate Governance:Support in preparing board resolutions, minutes of meetings, and other secretarial documentation.Assist in maintaining statutory records and filings.Contract Management:Maintain a database of all company contracts and track key dates such as renewals, expirations, and obligations.Ensure all contractual terms protect the company’s interests.Internal Coordination:Work closely with other departments (Sales, HR, Accounts, Admin) to ensure legal compliance in operational activities.Train employees on legal and compliance matters when required.Documentation & Record Keeping:Maintain proper filing systems for legal documents, case files, and correspondences.Ensure confidentiality and security of all legal information.Additional Responsibilities:Handle any other legal tasks assigned by management.Stay updated with changes in laws and regulations affecting the company’s business.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Law (LLB)Skills Required: Documentation, Legal Affairs, Legal Drafting, Legal issuesExperience RequirementsAt least 5 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Real EstateJob LocationDhaka (GULSHAN 1)
