Job SummaryThe Assistant Manager, Group Marketing Communications plays a key role in driving the success of the Group’s marketing initiatives across Singapore and Malaysia. This position is responsible for supporting the planning and execution of integrated campaigns, ensuring strong brand consistency across all touchpoints, and coordinating cross-mall marketing efforts to maximize reach and impact. The role also involves fostering collaboration across teams to strengthen marketing efficiency, enhance customer engagement, and uphold a unified brand presence across diverse markets.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Support & Execution Assist in implementing group-wide marketing and communication plans for Allgreen’s retail portfolio across Singapore and Malaysia. Coordinate campaign rollouts and ensure alignment with overall group marketing objectives. Monitor campaign performance and support in data collection, reporting, and analysis.Brand & Content Management Support brand consistency across all malls under Allgreen Properties. Assist in developing marketing materials, content, and visual assets to strengthen brand identity. Collaborate with internal and external creative partners to deliver timely and quality outputs.Campaign Coordination Support group-level campaigns and events from planning to post-campaign evaluation. Liaise with mall marketing teams and vendors to ensure smooth execution across properties. Prepare reports and presentations on campaign results and key learnings.Stakeholder & Agency Liaison Coordinate with internal departments, mall management teams, and external agencies. Assist in administrative and procurement processes such as quotes, budget tracking, and documentation. Support management updates, presentations, and reports.Media & Public Relations Support Assist in media coordination, press release distribution, and influencer engagement. Maintain media contact lists and track coverage for reporting purposes.Ad Hoc Projects Support the Head of Group Marketing on special assignments, strategic initiatives, and cross-mall projects. Assist in new brand launches, partnership collaborations, and sponsorship activations. Provide logistical and coordination support for senior management projects and presentations.Key Requirements 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail, real estate, or property sectors. Strong understanding of marketing communications, branding, and campaign management. Good communication and coordination skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects. Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with digital marketingEducationBachelors in Marketing or Communication
