Assistant Manager Merchandise Retail

We’re looking for a creative and analytical professional to lead our retail & merchandise operations!Responsibilities:Manage retail & merchandise strategy to achieve sales targets.Oversee product sourcing, stock control, and visual merchandising.Plan and execute retail promotions & events to boost traffic and revenue.Analyze sales performance and provide insights for improvement.Lead and develop the retail team to ensure excellent customer experience.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in sales/retail/promo (leadership experience is a plus).Strong knowledge of retail sales, merchandising, and promotional strategy.Proficient in MS Office and POS/CRM systems.Creative, data-driven, and target-oriented leader with great communication skills.
