Job PurposeThis role supports the development and implementation of investment strategies and market entry plans by conducting due diligence, evaluating opportunities, performing financial analysis, and assisting with deal structuring and negotiation. This role will also contribute to monitoring and analyzing the performance of investment portfolios, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, investment opportunities, and competitive landscape. Utilize market data to support investment recommendations.Assess new business ideas and startups through rigorous financial analysis, including profitability, cash flow projections, and valuation assessments. Determine their alignment with organizational strategic objectives.Lead and coordinate the due diligence process for potential investments. This includes financial, operational, and market assessments, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure comprehensive evaluation.Develop and maintain detailed financial models to project potential returns on investments. Perform sensitivity analysis to evaluate the impact of different variables and scenarios on investment outcomes.Assist in developing financial projection and valuaion models, structuring investment deals by negotiating terms and conditions that optimize financial returns and strategic benefits. Ensure all agreements comply with legal and regulatory requirements.Monitor and analyze the performance of investment portfolios. Track financial health, strategic milestones, and risk factors to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.Identify and assess risks associated with investments. Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues and safeguard investment outcomes.Prepare and deliver detailed reports, pitchbooks and presentations on business cases studies, investment performance, market trends, and strategic recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding investment activities and performance. Foster strong relationships with investors, partners, and portfolio company management teams.Ensure all investment activities adhere to organizational policies, regulatory standards, and governance requirements.Qualifications 5 years of experience in investment analysis, financial modeling, or a related roleExperience in structuring and negotiating investment deals and familiarity with regulatory compliance and legal requirements in investmentOnly matching candidates are encouraged to apply and will be contacted by a member from the talent team.
