Behind every great product experience is a People team that ensures structure, consistency, and care across our global teams.We're looking for an Assistant Manager, People Operations (POPS) to lead regional HR operations across Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, and the US. This role anchors the day-to-day delivery of HR excellence; ensuring compliance, efficiency, and a great employee experience from onboarding to offboarding.What You'll DoLead and coach local HR and office teams to ensure consistent, smooth operations. Oversee HR processes across markets (i.e. Contracts, payroll inputs, benefits, and employee movements). Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies. Drive process improvements and strengthen HR systems and documentation. Manage people data and reporting to support audits, planning, and business reviews. Partner with People, Finance, Legal, and Ops on cross-functional HR matters. Who You Are7–10 years of experience in HR operations or regional HR generalist roles. Strong understanding of Singapore, Malaysia, and Australia labor laws. Proven experience managing distributed HR or office teams. Detail-oriented, process-driven, and confident working with data and reports. A hands-on, people-first leader who values both structure and empathy.
