Roles & ResponsibilitiesJob ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end Telecom & Government ICT solutioningResponsible for RFP document development and preparation, and ensure that high quality proposals are submitted on timePerform effective engagement with bid stakeholders, customers and partners for bid submissionWork closely with Sales to understand customers’ requirements, business environment and related complexity and formulate bid win strategies and value proposition for proposalsManage and negotiate with partners and vendors on commitments and commercial termsEnsure bid proposals adhere to finance and legal guidelines; manage risk log and mitigation planWork with Pricing Manager to ensure proposed pricing is in line with overall bid strategy, establish pricing structure that meets business/corporate target margins and gain internal approvals for customer submission and make changes where appropriatePerform bid presentation and contract negotiation with customersAble to conduct sales engagement to closureBuild business cases and present proposals to managementJob RequirementsDegree in Engineering or Information Technology with 3 - 5 years’ relevant working experienceExperience in ICT/Telecom industry or pricing roles is advantageousExperience in managing, deploying, monitoring or configuring security related components, example, firewalls, security advisories, etc.Specialization certifications e.g. Cisco CCNP/CCIE (R&S), Aruba (ACCP, ACMP, ACDP, ACSP), Fortinet (NSE4 and above), CheckPoint, Palo Alto, AWS, Azure, CISSP or equivalent will have added advantageMust be effective both as an individual and in teams excellent interpersonal, presentation and project management skillsExperience in doing High Level Design and Low Level Design for various ICT solutions (Networking, Security, Unified communications).Experience in ZTNA, XDR, EDR, NDR, SIEM, DDOS solutions.Understanding of Microsoft O365, Exchange, on premise AD and Azure AD.
