Job Brief:The candidate selected for this position will be Responsible for end to end recruitment, which includes getting requisition from the particular department; Setting up job description with respect to the position; routing position on various hiring platforms. All over the employee’s attendance relevant quires handling roster management, Line manager rights, leaves management system, etc.Job Description:Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needsSource potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.End to end recruitment experience of bulk hiring specially sales force. Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System.Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.Responsible for all the requisitions raised by the departments, no matter if it’s new positions or replacements. Following the deadlines of each positions and making sure to keep the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) updated along with Excel sheets, in case of replacements in near future the database always helps.Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.Performed Head Hunting to generate a skill-specific pool of candidates.Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.Job Requirements:Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist.Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), like BambooHR, PeopleSoft, HCM, MIHCM.Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems.Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process.Familiarity with full cycle recruiting.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Good problem-solving abilities.Must have hands on experience of working in fast paced environment.Qualification: Graduate OR BSc/MSc in Human Resources or relevant field.Experience: 2-4 Years work experience.Location: Karachi
