Light of Hope Ltd. is looking for Assistant Manager (Sales)Job Description / ResponsibilityJob DescriptionDepartment: Sales & AdmissionsReporting to: Head of Kids Time (Kids Time is a brand of Light of Hope Ltd.)Location: Dhanmondi, DhakaJob Objective: To drive online and offline student admissions for Kids Time programs by building and executing effective sales strategies, managing leads, and ensuring high conversion rates.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales strategies for online and offline channels.Identify and approach potential leads through online campaigns, events, and school/parent networks.Track and manage all inquiries in the CRM system.Follow up with parents and prospective students to increase admission conversion.Coordinate with marketing and program teams during Fun Day events, parenting sessions, and workshops to drive admissions.Represent Kids Time at offline events, seminars, and exhibitions.Work with Telesales Team Lead and Sales Specialists to achieve monthly admission targets.Provide guidance and training to junior sales staff when required.Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, track KPIs, and analyze performance.Identify trends and opportunities to improve lead conversion.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Number of Leads Generated – Minimum new leads per month.Admission Conversion Rate – Target percentage of leads converted to admissions.Revenue Generated – Achieve monthly/quarterly sales target in BDT.Event Performance – Number of registrations and follow-ups completed after Fun Day or similar events.Parent Satisfaction – Positive feedback from parents during admission process.Team Support – Mentoring and support to junior sales staff for improved team performance.Educational RequirementsBachelor of Business Administration (BBA)Skills Required: Customer Relations, Sales & Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, Customer Service Management, Analyzing sales metrics, Sales target, Customer ServiceExperience Requirements3 to 4 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Educational Technology (Edtech) StartupRequired Qualifications & Skills:Minimum 3 years experience in sales, preferably in online/offline educational organizations.Proven track record in admission or student enrolment sales.Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Bangla & English.Ability to work independently and handle multiple sales channels.Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and basic online marketing tools.Job LocationDhaka (Dhanmondi)SalaryTk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
