Assistant Manager – Sales Analytics

Role- Assistant Manager – Sales AnalyticsLocation- Mumbai/ Gurugram We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to support the Director in driving business growth, strategic planning, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Sales Head and the sales team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the achievement of sales targets. This is an exceptional opportunity for a detail-oriented to join a dynamic team and contribute to the company's success. Key Responsibilities: Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management Manage administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation. Work & follow up on business reviews, and other monthly reports to the senior leadership Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and action items. Ensure follow-up on meeting actions, decisions, and commitments. Develop and maintain a system to track meeting outcomes and progress.  Facilitate communication and collaboration among teams to ensure alignment and effective execution. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in a similar role. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and Google Suite. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Maturity to communicate and coordinate with people across the value chain Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI will be usefulPreferred Qualifications: MBA or master’s degree in a related field. Experience in a similar industry or sector.
