Job DescriptionAssistant Manager/Senior Assistant Manager, Academic Programmes Administration (ICT)Posting Start Date: 25/07/2025Schemes of Service: CorporateDivision: Academic Programmes AdministrationEmployment Type: Fixed TermThe Assistant Manager/Senior Assistant Manager will be part of the Infocomm Technology (ICT) team within the Academic Programmes Administration Division. He/She will provide administrative support in the areas listed below.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and manage the operations of programmes and modulesPlan, manage and monitor budgets, expenditure and assetsAdminister and coordinate timetabling / scheduling of classes, as well as assist in booking of facilitiesAssist in collation and submission of results, and preparation of reports and presentationsAdminister procurement processesOrganise and manage assessments and events such as briefings, meetings, talks, workshops and dialogue sessionsAssist in recruitment processes and publicity support, inclusive of content and materials collationProvide administrative and secretariat support for meetings including minutes-writingProvide guidance and support to students on admission applications, matriculation, module registration, exemptions, examinations, withdrawals, leave of absence, financial assistance, and other administrative procedures.Work closely with counterparts across programmes and divisionsSupport accreditation matters for related programmesHandle general feedback from students and publicResearch and analyse for various programme performance indicators to support the roll-out and operational effectiveness of programmesReview and improve work processesOther programme support assignments as required by Cluster, Programme or Head of DivisionRequirementsA degree from a recognized Institute of Higher Learning, or extensive skills or experience in lieu of a degree.Preferably with experience in a similar position/educational environment, with exposure to systems and operational workMeticulous and analytical in information gathering and resource support Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word).Good written and communication skills.A highly motivated individual and a good team player.Adaptive, with good monitoring skills and able to perform independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Familiarity with automation tools, Systems Thinking and Lean Transformation models would be an advantage.
