Assistant Manager-Studio Management

Role OverviewThis role will provide strategic leadership and management of multi-location digital learning studios (Bangalore & Delhi), ensuring delivery of high-quality, scalable, and innovative digital content aligned to institutional goals.Job Location: BangalorePrincipal Accountabilities & Responsibilities • Deliver world-class digital learning media that meets academic and technical qualitybenchmarks.• Ensure cost-effective studio operations with optimized use of in-house and vendor-managedteams.• Drive innovation in content production through adoption of new media tools andtechnologies.• Build and lead a high-performing studio team, ensuring timely delivery of projects.• Strengthen stakeholder alignment with faculty, instructional designers, and vendors forseamless execution.Skill and Ability Requirements • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination skills.• Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver outcomes within timelines.• Expertise in digital media production tools and emerging technologies (e.g., AI-driven editing,• motion graphics).• Excellent communication and organizational skills.Qualification & Experience• Mandatory Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Media, Communications, Film Production, orrelated field.• Preferred Qualification: Certifications in advanced media tools / instructional media / digitallearning technologies.• Specific Sectorial Experience: 6–10 years in media production/studio management withexposure to higher education or ed-tech.
