Assistant Manager – Supply Chain ResponsibilitiesSupport the end-to-end supply chain operations for the Fresh Department.Review daily sales trends and align procurement and replenishment plans accordingly.Coordinate with suppliers, logistics teams, and store operations to ensure timely deliveries and optimal stock levels.Monitor inventory freshness, wastage, and stock turnover to maintain product quality and reduce losses.Assist in developing supplier relationships and negotiating cost-effective sourcing agreements.Track and analyze data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements in the supply chain process.Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and storage standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support promotions and seasonal demand planning. RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 2–4 years of experience in supply chain or procurement, preferably in the fresh or FMCG sector.Strong knowledge of inventory control, logistics, and vendor management.Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.Proficiency in ERP or supply chain management software.A proactive and hands-on approach with strong attention to detail.
