With a vision to create an enlightened and equitable society, we are committed towards playing a larger role in India’s sustainable development by embedding wider economic, social and environmental objectives through its programmes.Employment Type: Fixed-Term ContractLocation: Ludhiana, PunjabPurpose of the Role: Responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end supply chain activities of Ludhiana and Sahibabad units.Key Deliverables:Responsible for driving sustainable sourcing and supplier compliance.Negotiate for the desired quality of services, supplies, and works at the best possible price.Responsible for preparing contracts and orders.Timely and cost-effective purchase, store and issue of required materials and services.Collaborating with vendors to drive the development commitments.Work in close coordination with program partners, suppliers, and industry stakeholders to deliver on the procurement priorities and commitments to identify/design the future framework of the interventions.Inform the other teams about the internal process and procedures and their amendments.Ensure zero fatality in the purchase & store as well as the workplaceMinimum Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any field.Minimum Work experience in years: 0-4 years of work experience in Supply Chain.Technical Competencies: Strategic Sourcing & Procurement, Supplier Compliance & Risk Management, Knowledge of SAP MM Module, Contract Negotiation, Stakeholder & Vendor CollaborationBehavioral Competencies: Collaboration & Teamwork, Communication & InfluenceOther Parameters: Abide by the values of organization, promote a culture of safety, recognition, and appreciation within the team & community
