The OpportunityThis is not a routine departmental role. As Assistant Manager at The Medical City, you will lead one of the most critical diagnostic and therapeutic units in the hospital—driving operational excellence, patient satisfaction, and sustainable growth.You will oversee the full spectrum of imaging services, including X-ray, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Interventional Radiology, Nuclear Medicine, and PET-CT. From strategic planning to regulatory compliance and team development, you’ll be at the center of clinical innovation and operational leadership.This is for someone who leads with precision, builds with purpose, and thrives in high-accountability environments.What You’ll Actually DoLead operations: Oversee day-to-day performance across all imaging units, ensuring smooth service delivery and patient satisfaction.Drive strategic growth: Design business cases, forecast demand, and implement initiatives that support long-term sustainability and profitability.Ensure compliance: Monitor adherence to DOH, FDA, PRC, and JCI standards; manage radiation safety and equipment calibration.Manage resources: Oversee budgeting, asset management, and cost-effective programs to meet financial targets.Elevate patient experience: Implement processes that improve education, result turnaround, and complaint resolution.Mentor teams: Lead, coach, and develop staff to foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Promote innovation: Participate in research, training, and development programs to advance departmental capabilities.Who You AreA Registered Radiologic Technologist (RRT) licensed by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).A graduate of Radiologic Technology, with post-graduate units or degree in a health-related field preferred.Has 4+ years of clinical experience and 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.Certified in Radiation Safety and a member of an accredited professional organization.A strategic thinker with strong operational, regulatory, and leadership capabilities.Committed to patient-centered care, service excellence, and continuous learning.Must be willing to be assigned in Nuclear Medicine/ Pet-CTWhat You’ll GetA leadership role in one of the country’s most advanced imaging departments.Daily collaboration with clinical, administrative, and executive teams.Exposure to enterprise-wide transformation and international accreditation standards.A dynamic, mission-driven environment that values clarity, ownership, and innovation.A platform to grow into broader clinical or enterprise leadership roles.If you’re looking for a predictable, technician-focused role—this isn’t it.But if you’re ready to lead, innovate, and shape the future of imaging services, we want to hear from you.
