This role will oversee vendor and group payments, bank reconciliations, and treasury operations while maintaining strong relationships with banks, brokers, and internal stakeholders. The position requires hands-on experience with SAP S4 HANA and a strong understanding of financial controls, audits, and payment processes to support the company’s liquidity, compliance, and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Process foreign vendor and group company payments in accordance with company policies.Execute bi-monthly and urgent payment runs for local vendors.Handle payments for custom duties, statutory obligations, taxes, utilities, and credit card bills.Manage petty cash, record expenses, and issue reimbursements.Process FNF settlements, provident fund (PF) loans, and withdrawals.Conduct payable aging analysis, cleansing, and vendor reconciliations.Perform bank reconciliations, maintain E-Treasury portal updates, and manage forex rate updates in SAP.Coordinate with banks for facility renewals, negotiation of charges, and authorization matters.Liaise with insurance brokers for asset, stock, and other policy renewals.Support external and internal audits, ensuring compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.Qualifications and Experience:ACCA / CIMA / CA Finalist / MBA in Finance or related field.Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in treasury and accounts payable functions.Proficiency in SAP S4 HANA and MS Office tools.Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.At Coats Group, we are committed to innovation, excellence, and fostering a diverse and collaborative environment where every team member can thrive.
