Bangladesh Footwear Industries Ltd is looking for Assistant Manager (Warehouse/Finshed Goods Store)Job Description / ResponsibilityOversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching footwear.Ensure optimal warehouse layout and storage conditions for footwear to avoid damage and ensure easy access.Implement best practices in stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO), shelf labeling, and order accuracy.Maintain efficient workflow for picking and packing footwear products.Monitor inventory levels and accuracy through regular stock counts and audits.Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.Ensure proper documentation and tracking of goods movements using WMS (Warehouse Management System).Supervise and lead warehouse team members, including assigning duties, performance management, and training.Ensure adequate staffing levels during peak and off-peak seasons.Educational RequirementsBachelor/HonorsPreferred PGD in Supply Chain Management / Warehouse ManagementSkills Required: Supply Chain Management, Footware, Inventory Store ManagementExperience RequirementsAt least 6 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tannery/FootwearJob LocationNarayanganj
