We’re looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented Assistant Office Manager to support our growing team. This role will focus heavily on financial responsibilities up front, including accounts receivable, accounts payable entry, and outbound billing communication. Proficiency in QuickBooks online and a strong understanding of finance is essential for this role. As the role grows, you would be taking on more general office responsibilities—supporting communication, improving operational efficiency, and assisting with cross-departmental coordination.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage accounts receivable and proactively follow up on outstanding paymentsEnter and organize accounts payable dataOutbound billing communication with customers and partnersSupport the current bookkeeper as neededMaintain accurate financial records and assist in basic reportingAssist with improving office systems and communicationCollaborate with various team members to keep the office running smoothlyTake initiative to solve problems and find answers independentlyWhat We’re Looking ForStrong financial and QuickBooks proficiencyExperience in office administration or financeExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesFamiliarity with blue collar home services is strongly preferred.
