Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to elevate the luxury brand’s image and market presence.Lead brand campaigns, launches, and promotional events targeting high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and luxury audiences.Oversee all creative and digital communication to ensure consistency with luxury aesthetics and brand tone.Build and maintain relationships with luxury media, influencers, and key partners to enhance brand reputation.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.Manage the content strategy for digital, print, and social media platforms with a focus on storytelling and exclusivity.Collaborate with product, retail, and sales teams to ensure marketing initiatives drive commercial objectives.Supervise production of marketing materials and campaigns that align with the brand’s visual and emotional identity.Ensure that all marketing activities comply with brand guidelines and maintain a premium brand perception.Operational ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage annual marketing budgets and ensure optimal allocation of resources.Track and analyze the performance of campaigns, preparing reports and recommendations for leadership.Oversee agency relationships, negotiate contracts, and evaluate ROI on marketing investments.Plan and execute luxury events, brand experiences, and collaborations with high-profile partners.Financial ManagementPrepare and monitor the marketing budget to ensure alignment with strategic goals.Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing spend and optimize for maximum brand and business impact.Support financial forecasting by analyzing market performance and sales trends.People ManagementLead, mentor, and motivate a team of marketing professionals to deliver exceptional results.Identify training and development opportunities for staff.Foster a creative and high-performance work culture aligned with luxury brand values.Stakeholder ManagementKey Internal Stakeholders:Brand Management, Retail, Sales, and Customer Experience teamsKey External Stakeholders:Advertising and PR agencies, Influencers, Media Partners, Event Organizers, and VIP ClientsRequired QualificationsAcademic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or CommunicationsMaster’s degree or specialization in Luxury Brand Management is desirable.Professional Experience and Skills:Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in marketing, including at least 3 years in the luxury sectorProven track record in leading high-end campaigns and brand activationsStrong understanding of luxury consumer behaviour and global market trendsExcellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skillsProficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics
