工作职责: Category Management and Innovation:Support BM on category development of Knorr dry seasoning category, develop and own the product portfolio roadmap for the China market.Oversee brand development and leading projects to ensure timely and complete delivery of innovations.Identify key issues and opportunities through data analysis, translating market data, trade, and consumer insights to assist in strategy building. Brand Building and Communication:Responsible for NPD communication plan and assets development, including POSM design, PMG selling story, tasting recipe development, etc.Create communication plans for selected product portfolios.Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of communication activities. Project Management:Collaborate closely with customer marketing, field sales, instore activation teams, finance, R&D, supply chain, market research, legal, regulations, execution agencies, and design agencies.Prepare materials for instore activities.Requirements 5+ years of marketing experience in the FMCG industry, especially in food and beverage. Proven brand development skills with a strong track record in innovation (0-1 innovation experience required). Balanced strategic, analytical, and creative skills. Passion for high performance and recognized as a talent catalyst. Strong business acumen and knowledge of innovation process management. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and influencing skills, solution-oriented. Integrity, honesty, accountability, passion for food. Fluent in English.任职条件:Same as above.
