We’re looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager who can support strategy, drive execution, and help scale our marketing engine across channels and markets.This role is perfect for someone who’s hands-on, data-driven, and excited to grow in a fast-moving, high-performance environment.Why This Role MattersYou’ll support marketing initiatives that directly impact acquisition, retention, and brand growth. Your work will influence how millions of users discover and engage with BJAK. You’ll help execute campaigns across multiple countries and channels. You’ll bring structure, creativity, and momentum to a fast-paced marketing team. What You’ll DoAssist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, CRM, and more. Support performance marketing activities including ad setup, optimization, monitoring, and reporting (CAC, CTR, conversions). Help build and manage content production—articles, landing pages, creatives, and scripts. Maintain and strengthen BJAK’s brand voice across platforms. Coordinate with internal creative teams and external agencies or freelancers. Support market research, competitor analysis, and insights reporting. Work closely with product, design, and data teams to align marketing with business goals. Manage campaign calendars, track performance, and ensure timelines are met. Assist with go-to-market (GTM) activities for new product launches and features. You’ll Thrive Here If You…Are proactive, hands-on, and not afraid to execute fast. What You Bring2–4 years of experience in marketing or related fields. Good understanding of digital marketing channels: Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, SEO, CRM, etc. Hands-on experience with campaign execution or content creation. Strong analytical skills—you can interpret data and turn it into action. Ability to manage timelines, stakeholders, and multiple moving parts. Clear, confident communication and strong project management skills. Based in Malaysia and open to hybrid work. Nice to HaveExperience in tech, fintech, e-commerce, or high-growth startups. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, HubSpot, Hotjar, etc. Basic experience with creative production (copywriting, visual briefs) or influencer/content collaboration.
