ASSISTANT MANAGER CMIThe Ice Cream Shopper Marketing Assistant (CMI) plays a key role in driving impactful shopper marketing initiatives across Europe and ANZ. This position is responsible for setting the standards for excellent execution of activation plans with customers and supporting and driving specific Shopper Marketing projects and initiaivies across EU & ANZ.The role also supports the Category Strategy & Insights Lead with strategic projects, such as creating customer strategy presentations and preparing innovation stories for upcoming new product launches.We offer:Contract for 3 Months, extension possibleSalary between 3800 euro and 4800 euro, depending o experienceHybrid workingKey Responsibilities: Drive actionable Shopper Insights across EU & ANZ to support business growth.Refine and implement the Playbook for Perfect Execution, linking plans to Category Growth Strategy and supporting market-level customer planning.Support EU-wide Big Bet activation plans from ideation to customer execution, including playbook development and best practice sharing.Coordinate with Marketing to embed in-store execution guidelines into IBP brand documents.Lead the Unmissable POSM program for Ice Cream across EU & ANZ.Centralize and optimize POSM acquisition costs in collaboration with Procurement and Finance.Elevate in-store communication by sharing and scaling best practices across markets to build Shopper Marketing capabilitySkills:Minimum relevant bachelor’s degreeFluent in EnglishAnalytical ThinkingDesign PresentationsEffective communication skills (verbal/ written)Dealing with people from multicultural backgroundsGood interpersonal skills and a team player,Ability to work independently with Cross-functional team membersDrive, energy to make a real contributionAgile, proactive and enthusiastic working styleDesign thinking & CreativityShopper Insights Tooling (Appreciation for Nielsen/sales data metrics and shopper metrics like Penetration & Frequency)shopper marketingAppreciation of Marketing Fundamentals (6Ps)Category experience - Understanding of how strategy translates into category plans and executionDigital & Online Media Understanding a plusProject management skills
