We know that empowerment leads to strong employee engagement, a great work culture, and motivated employees.What to Expect: As Assistant Marketing Manager, Vitality, Ice Cream, You will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of 18-month plan and implementation of Nestle Ice cream Vitality, marketing plan. This role entails leading all aspects of Product Fixed Marketing Expenses, monitoring brand performance, and evaluating brand share, including product and packaging . Your focus will be building brand equity, driving portfolio profitability.A day in the life:Provides fact based analytical support to identify business issues/opportunities. Monitors and analyzes brand and competitor performance vs. established key performance indicators (market share, brand health, profitability) Responsible for managing Product Fixed Marketing Expenses budgets in Brand Planner and tracks and monitors spending. Leads Pre-Post PFME Evaluations to assess the impact on the business and against key performance indicators; Shares findings with the team.Supports development of customer communication plans and sales tools aligned with Brand Building the Nestle Way guidelines.
