This role is ideal for someone passionate about data, media strategy, and creative problem-solving who is looking to gain hands-on experience managing and optimizing digital video campaigns.In this position, you’ll support senior media buyers and account teams with campaign setup, quality assurance, reporting, and performance monitoring. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and demonstrates a strong balance between technical precision and strategic insight.Main ResponsibilitiesManage the quality assurance (QA) process before and after campaign launches.Assist with campaign activation and setup across multiple programmatic platforms.Support day-to-day media operations — track deadlines, identify discrepancies, and monitor pacing and delivery.Help optimize campaigns toward unit goals, KPIs, and margin targets.Respond promptly to client and internal team requests, leveraging internal systems and workflows.Collaborate with platform support teams (e.g., Google) on tracking tag implementation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.Maintain and update internal documentation, best practices, and process workflows.Take ownership of reporting, forecasting, and ad hoc audits.Capture and distribute detailed notes from team meetings to ensure alignment and follow-up.RequirementsFluency in English, both written and verbal.Experience: 1 year in digital media, preferably in programmatic buying, campaign management, or ad operations.Strong work ethic and discipline to perform effectively in a remote environment.Proficiency with video conferencing and messaging tools (Zoom, Google Hangouts, Slack).Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, graphs required).Bonus: AdWords, YouTube, or programmatic platform certification.Passion for learning about the programmatic and digital media landscape.Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and data-driven.Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal.Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards in all work.
