Read comments carefully. If not clear discuss with senior, forward to the concerned parties and ensure their acknowledgement. Help the team to file documents properly. Help the team to update follow up charts, like fabrics/trims submissions/approval, SMS tracking etc. Help the team to follow up laboratory test for all the components and final product including Garment test, CPSIA test, XRF screening. Visit factories to push samples and other submissions.What We Will Be Looking For In YouInclude but not limited toSkillsSelf motivated and well disciplined to follow LWR SOP.Able to work independently and act proactively.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Access).Good command of spoken and written English.Able to communicate effectively with internal functions, vendor’s Laundry team.Confident with “Can do” attitude.Good interpersonal skillLanguage Proficiency: English and local language fluency in both oral and writing.
