Amber IT Ltd. is looking for Assistant Officer - Customer SupportJob Description / ResponsibilityGood communication with client over phone.Skill in MS Office (Word, Excel & Power Point)Ensure technical support to clients according to over phone.Provide support to clients by answering questions, replying emails, providing information, making referrals, and assuring appropriate follow up.Maintaining NMS and bandwidth usage against requirement.Network performance monitoring and reporting.Work on shifts and weekends.Other responsibilities provided by management time to time. Installation, configuration, implementation & maintenance of networking devices like Mikrotik, CISCO router, switch, firewall, access point, and diagnosis problems.Knowledge about different Routing Protocols and Tunnels.Manage onsite technical support if needed.Educational RequirementsDiploma in ComputerBachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer ScienceSkills Required: Business Etiquette, Email Communications, Phone converstionAdditional RequirementsEducation: Diploma in Computer Science or BSc in Computer ScienceJob Location: Anywhere in BangladeshRelevant experience will be preferred.Job LocationAnywhere in Bangladesh
