Ayesha Abed Foundation is looking for Assistant Officer, Finish Store and FinishingJob Description / ResponsibilityMonitor the daily finished production, storage, delivery, and billing report and communicate with managementFollow production planning and monitoring sheets for the finishing works of all products to ensure on-time deliveryEnsure adherence to the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to minimize costs, rejections, and alterations in finished goodsEnsure the updating of records for products received and delivered, and maintain records in register books and ERP softwareAssure that standard quality finished goods are sent to the Head Office for billing, and send the returned finished products to the alteration sectionMaintain a neat and clean environment by ensuring safety and security at the stores accordinglyAssist the Centre Manager in recruiting, training, and retaining new and existing workers, and maintain job closing reports after the purpose is closedProvide strong leadership to the staff, ensuring high morale, teamwork, and good employee relationsPerform other respective tasks as and when required, if assigned by the Centre ManagersSafeguarding Responsibilities:Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementationAct as a key source of support, guidance and expertise in safeguarding for establishing a safe working environmentPractice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of actionFollow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do soEducational RequirementsBachelor degree in any disciplineA Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a reputed university.Additional RequirementsAt least 1 year of relevant experienceThe applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store, Garments, Boutique/ Fashion, E-commerceKnowledge of inventory management, production process (finishing) and production planning, textile and garments products, production monitoring and follow-up, quality assurance (products)Good analytical ability, communication and interpersonal skillJob LocationPabna
