Assistant Operation Excellence Manager (Fashion)

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced sales and operation to join our vibrant team at CMG Fashion & Watch Category. As an integral part of our organization, you will be responsible for driving operational efficiency and excellence across various brands. This role requires a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for continuous improvement in the fashion industry.Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategies to streamline operations and enhance store team efficiency throughout special projects and trainings.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to optimize processes.Conduct regular evaluations to assess operational efficiency and service standard, as well as to identify opportunities for staff improvement, sales increasing, and cost effectiveness.Lead initiatives to standardize procedures and workflows to ensure consistency and quality across all brands.Track store KPIs analyzes data and metrics to identify room for improvement trends and insights that drive operational improvements.Provide leadership and guidance to sales & operation, area and store teams, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.Implement quality control measures to maintain the service level and uphold brand standards.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously innovate and adapt operations strategies.Work with OpsEx head to develop long-term operational goals and strategies aligned with the company's objectives.Qualification :Bachelor’s Degree or higher in related field.A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the fashion industry, sales & operations management.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to training, coaching, inspire and motivate teams.Critical thinkers with innovative problem-solving skill and fantastic people management skills.Demonstrated ability to develop and implement operational strategies that drive efficiency and improve performance.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities with a can-do mindset.Work location: Sirinrat Building, Rama 4 Road, Khlong Toei(BTS Prompt Pong / MRT Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre)
