šŸ“ Location: Jakarta – CengkarengšŸ•“ Employment Type: Contract (6 months)šŸ’° Salary & Benefits: IDR 15,000,000 / month + IDR 16,000 / dayšŸ“Š Reporting Line: Country Manager, Road IndonesiašŸŽÆ About the RolePT Valdo is looking for a passionate and experienced Assistant Operations Manager to support the daily operational management for a major client in the Telecommunication (Telco) sector.The ideal candidate will have a strong logistics and warehousing background, proven leadership experience, and excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English.This role demands hands-on operational control, people management, and the ability to maintain performance excellence in a fast-paced environment.🧭 Key Responsibilities• Manage daily operational communication with key Telco clients.• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure readiness and alignment with client service requirements and forecasts.• Support management in monthly and quarterly business reviews.• Lead operational teams in warehousing and transportation to improve vendor performance and productivity.• Oversee service delivery, performance tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.• Ensure smooth execution of inventory and logistics processes aligned with customer expectations.šŸ“š Qualifications & Experience• Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university (preferably in Logistics, Management, or related fields).• 8+ years of experience in logistics and warehousing operations, including managerial roles in companies like DHL Supply Chain.• Proven expertise in managing multi-site warehouse operations (Technology, Energy, Mining, and Retail sectors).• Strong experience leading projects for Huawei, Indosat, Nokia, and Schneider.• Excellent knowledge of inventory management, warehouse optimization, and team leadership.• Achievement-driven professional, recognized with multiple DHL Country Awards (2017–2024) for operational excellence and sustainability initiatives.šŸ’” Skills & Competencies• Strong leadership and team development skills.• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.• High attention to detail, with proven ability to manage large-scale operations.• Customer-oriented with a strong commitment to service excellence.• Proactive and capable of handling multiple priorities under tight deadlines.• Sound decision-making and reporting skills.🌐 Language & Computer Skills• Mandarin: Fluent (verbal & written) — mandatory• English: Fluent (verbal & written)• Bahasa Indonesia: Native• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
