We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to support a high-profile international CEO based in the South of France. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a dynamic and widely connected executive, within a fast-paced, multicultural environment, at the crossroads of business, diplomacy, and high-level institutional relations. Your MissionAs a trusted partner to the CEO, your responsibilities will include:
✦ Executive & Administrative SupportFull management of a complex and fast-moving international agenda (multi-time zones, evolving priorities)Handling email and written communications with precision and discretionDrafting documents, reports, speeches, and high-level presentations in English✦ Travel & Event LogisticsOrganising and coordinating international travel (flights, hotels, ground transport)Preparing detailed itineraries and managing logistics during frequent business trips and VIP eventsSupporting the planning and execution of high-level meetings and official events✦ Stakeholder ManagementActing as a liaison with political leaders, CEOs, and institutional partnersMaintaining high standards of confidentiality and professionalismCollaborating with various internal teams and external stakeholders across EuropeYour ProfileMinimum 5-7 years' experience in a similar position (C-level Executive/Personal Assistant) in an international and demanding environmentFluent in English (spoken and written); German or Spanish would be an assetExcellent communication and writing skillsProven ability to work under pressure, anticipate needs, and manage last-minute changesMastery of digital tools (Microsoft 365, Teams, etc.
