Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Producer located in South West Ethiopia Peoples, Ethiopia. The Assistant Producer will support the production team in the day-to-day tasks such as managing schedules, coordinating with clients and team members, overseeing the production process, and ensuring the timely delivery of projects. They will also contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and assist with scriptwriting, budgeting, and post-production coordination. Qualifications Experience in production management, scheduling, and coordinationStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilitiesEffective communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactionsBasic knowledge of scriptwriting, budgeting, and post-production processesAbility to work on-site in South West Ethiopia Peoples, EthiopiaBachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Communications, or a related fieldProficiency in industry-standard production tools and software is a plusPrevious experience in a media production environment is advantageous
