About usKering Eyewear is the world leader in Luxury and Hi-End Eyewear (Frames & Sunglasses), developing a unique ‘ensemble’ of powerful brands.We design, develop, manufacture and market to customers and consumers, the most desirable frames and sunglasses in two fast growing segments: Luxury and Sport & Lifestyle.Through our industry expertise, we empower our brands to go beyond their limits in this high potential business category, supporting their capacity to lead and innovate in Eyewear, to realize their artistic and financial potential, in the most imaginative and sustainable manner.We are currently seeking for an Assistant Product Marketing Manager who will report to the Senior Product Marketing and Training Manager in Kering Eyewear China.Your opportunityThe potential candidate will be capable of hands on 360 degree problem-solving, with the ability to generate ideas and solutions.How you will contributeResponsible for 5-6 brands’ Eyewear business from Product Development, Product Assortment & Product Marketing aspects. Drive force of 360-degree coordination of product, communication, visual merchandising, and commercial business planning. 1/ Product Development:Daily communication with APAC and HQ regarding seasonal products, including regular suggestions and feedback on new releases across different brands. Lead special product development projects, such as exclusive model development for EC/KA or special capsule collections. Maintain frequent contact with the product team, sales team, and key account clients to optimize projects, manage schedules, and prepare proposals for HQ.1. Product Development 2/ Product Assortment & Sample Management Support B2B buying events and roadshows as needed. Create assortments for multiple brands based on product promotions, sales event requests, or HQ directives. Oversee daily management of showrooms and samples.3/ PR Sample ManagementHandle daily PR seeding with fashion houses and PR agencies; provide product recommendations for various shooting purposes. Collect exposure visuals and manage PR brochures for events. Prepare monthly reports of all PR exposure and images. Manage PR sample ordering, stock, seeding, lending records, and tracking.4/ Product Marketing & Communication Develop product launch plans, positioning, and key storylines; confirm product storylines and models for communication. Write product stories and content for online and offline promotion. Coordinate seasonal product promotion via WeChat and video channels, including product selection and content editing. Prepare selling tools for online/offline channels, such as leaflets, brochures, and PDPs.5/ Competitor and researchConduct regular market visits and product feedback sessions with clients. Study and share market and competitor insights with internal key stake holders.6/ 360 degree project coordinationLead 360-degree coordination across functions to drive comprehensive product GTM (Go-To-Market) projects, including product, communication, visual merchandising, trade marketing, and commercial teams.Who you areBachelor’s degree, good command of English and strong data analysis skill At least 3-5 years of working experience, of which 2 -3 years of product experience. Eyewear & Cosmetic & Outdoor backgrounds are plus.Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions.Ability to cope with competing demands and to priorities tasks.Good at Microsoft package skills including Excel, Word and Power Point.Strong communication skills.Excellent organizational and time management skills.A positive attitude to dealing with people.Capable of working independentlyTravel time would be 10% at the peak Why work with us?
