BAR Constructors, Inc., a prominent heavy-civil municipal general contractor, is looking for a Assistant Project Manager to join our developing teams in North and Central Texas. Primary Responsibilities Include:· Quantity Take-Off· Material Procurement· Submittal Review· Produce Requests For Information (RFI)· Planning & Coordinating field operations to meet schedule needs· Vendor and Sub-Contractor coordination· Coordinate and Log deliveries· Cost, Production, & Schedule Review· Field Quality Control· Maintaining As-Builts· Assist in Scheduling· Assist in Application for Payment· Assist in Change Order PricingJob Requirements:· Four-year degree in Construction Science or Engineering or related experience· Ability to read Construction Plans and Specifications· Experience with Earthworks, Concrete Placement, Pipe Laying, Water Processing Equipment is preferred.· Ability to commit to a goal· Ability to learn quickly· Ability to work with a teamAbout Us:Founded in 1979, BAR Constructors Inc. is headquartered in Lancaster, TX, and focuses on water treatment and transfer projects ranging from $1M-$70M.
