You will work on major industrial buildings projects, such as automated warehouses and distribution centres, for big-name clients.You'll work closely with more senior members of the team as you build up your expertise and make sure projects are delivered with top closely with best practice.You'll be:Assisting with the coordination and delivery of projects to meet agreed timeframes;Assisting with project planning, scheduling, and controls managing by the contract requirementsHelping to revise project documents, drawings, specifications, and project correspondenceSupporting in the preparation of client proposals, presentations, and due diligence reports, alongside other relevant project documentation managementCoordinating with contractors, clients, and other relevant personnelWorking across the full lifecycle of projects from inception to handover.WHAT YOU'LL BRINGWe're looking for a great communicator who is motivated, confident, analytical, and detail-oriented.This role would suit a project coordinator, assistant project manager or individuals from a construction management or civil engineering background looking to make the transition into project management.
