The individual will support the planning and execution of construction projects by coordinating schedules, managing resources, and ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Responsibilities include overseeing expediting tasks, conducting project inspections, ensuring efficient logistics management, and assisting with daily project management operations. Effective communication and teamwork are essential to succeed in this role.QualificationsProficiency in Expediting and experience as an Expeditor to manage resources and timelines effectivelyStrong expertise in Project Management to assist in planning, coordination, and execution of tasksKnowledge of Inspection processes to monitor and ensure project quality standardsCompetency in Logistics Management to oversee materials and resource flow efficientlyExcellent organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environmentBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferredPrior relevant experience in construction or project management is a plus
