This role is ideal for a degree-educated professional with proven leadership experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. You will work closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to transition into project management from a leadership background, leveraging transferable skills in planning, stakeholder engagement, and operational oversight.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning, coordinating, and executing data center construction projects from inception to completion.Support budget management, cost tracking, and financial reporting for multiple projects.Monitor project timelines, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards.Facilitate stakeholder communication and ensure alignment on project objectives.Contribute to process improvements and best practices in project management.Participate in regular progress meetings and provide updates to senior leadership.What We’re Looking ForDegree-level education in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Management, Engineering, or similar).Demonstrated experience in leadership roles, including team management and strategic planning.Proven ability to manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.Adaptability and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.Familiarity with project management principles; formal certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) is a plus.Proficiency in English; additional European languages (French or German) are advantageous.Experience in construction, infrastructure, or technology projects is desirable but not essential.Why Join Us?Career Transition Opportunity: Apply your leadership and management experience in a dynamic, high-growth industry.Impactful Role: Contribute to projects that shape the future of digital infrastructure across Europe.Professional Development: Gain exposure to advanced project management tools and methodologies.
