Job Description

Proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join a U.S. based construction company and support projects locally in Guatemala. This role offers the opportunity to work on international projects while being based in Zone 10, Guatemala.Key Responsibilities:Assist the Project Manager in all phases of construction projects, from planning to execution and close-outMaintain project documentation, logs, reports, and schedulesTrack budgets, invoices, change orders, and job costsCoordinate project timelines and support risk managementCommunicate with subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal teamsAssist with contract administration, including RFIs, submittals, and change order documentationSupport procurement and delivery schedules for materials and equipmentRequirements:English proficiency 90%+ (spoken and written)1–3 years of experience in construction, project coordination, or a similar support role (preferred)Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field (preferred)Familiarity with construction documents, drawings, and specificationsStrong organizational, multitasking, and communication skillsAvailability to work in Zone 10, GuatemalaTo Apply: Send your CV to recruitment@prontobpo.com
