New product development, process route design, development sampling.   Pengembangan produk baru, desain rute proses, pengambilan sampel pengembangan.2. Customer requirements into production process routes, and collaborate with quality engineers to formulate relevant quality standards.    Menerjemahkan kebutuhan pelanggan menjadi rute proses produksi, dan berkolaborasi dengan insinyur kualitas untuk merumuskan standar kualitas yang relevan.3. Provide technical support for products and technical solutions.   Memberikan dukungan teknis untuk produk dan solusi teknis.4. Participate in the analysis of defective products in production and action plans, responsible for handling production process abnormalities.   Berpartisipasi dalam analisis produk cacat di produksi dan rencana tindakan, bertanggung jawab atas penanganan kelainan proses produksi.5. Support sales development business, provide professional support.   Mendukung pengembangan bisnis penjualan, memberikan dukungan profesional.Job Requirements:Persyaratan Pekerjaan:1. Full-time bachelor’s degree or above, 8 years or more of OEM-related work experience.   Gelar sarjana penuh waktu atau lebih tinggi, 8 tahun atau lebih pengalaman kerja terkait OEM.2. Rich experience in cross-departmental and cross-organizational communication and coordination, able to cope with complex project environments;    Pengalaman yang kaya dalam komunikasi dan koordinasi lintas departemen serta lintas organisasi, mampu menghadapi lingkungan proyek yang kompleks;3. Good communication and coordination skills, very familiar with various products, processes, and procedures such as packaging and printing.    Keterampilan komunikasi dan koordinasi yang baik, sangat memahami berbagai produk, proses, dan prosedur seperti kemasan dan percetakan.4. Able to independently solve various issues in order production and product development, capable of handling matters independently.   Mampu secara mandiri menyelesaikan berbagai masalah dalam produksi pesanan dan pengembangan produk, mampu menangani urusan secara mandiri.
