ABOUT THE COMPANY:Our client is a growing chain of Quick service RestaurantsDESIGNATION :Assistant Project ManagerLOCATION :ColomboKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:End-to-end coordination and execution of new outlet projects, refurbishments, and upgrades across multiple sites.Ensure all outlets operate in full compliance with government regulations, including SLTDA, municipal councils, PHI, fire and safety departments, and other institutions.Lead interdepartmental and vendor coordination to ensure timely, on-budget, and efficient project delivery.Maintain updated trackers, daily task reviews, project dashboards, and structured reporting to senior management.Oversee administrative documentation for licenses, approvals, permits, and compliance renewals.Support and execute operations-led events and activations as needed.Qualifications, experience and skills:5+ years’ experience in Project Management or Engineering Administration preferably in the hospitality or F&B operationA degree or diploma in Engineering or Project Management preferred.Proven success in project coordination, procurement follow-ups, and stakeholder management (internal & external).Strong follow-up discipline with the ability to keep vendors, contractors, and multiple teams aligned to timelines.Experience liaising with local regulatory bodies such as municipal councils, SLTDA, PHI, and Fire Department.Excellent communication (written and verbal), reporting, and presentation skills.A structured, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure across multiple simultaneous builds.
